L7160 is not the same as 5160

The similar numbers refer to different layouts. L7160 uses A4 paper and 21 labels measuring 63.5 × 38.1 mm. The US 5160 uses Letter paper and 30 shorter labels. Scaling a Letter PDF to A4 will not make it line up with L7160 stock.

Print on A4 at 100%

Choose A4 in your printer settings and Actual size or 100% scaling. Turn off Fit to page. A new sheet fills left to right across three columns and then down seven rows. Download the alignment test and compare it with your label sheet before printing on adhesive stock.

What changes when I choose A4?

The page dimensions, label grid, preview and partial-sheet picker all change together. A 30-address list uses two A4 sheets and is still free. A4 changes the paper layout; it does not change address formatting. This version uses US/Canada city, state and postal-code order, with Latin letters and accents.

Make your L7160 labels

  1. Import a spreadsheet with column headings in its first row. Download the example CSV if you need a starting point.
  2. Match name or company, street, city and ZIP / postal-code columns. Review the address preview and resolve any flagged rows.
  3. Choose your style and, if needed, the first unused label. Download the PDF, then print on A4 (210 × 297 mm) at Actual size / 100%.

Text is fitted automatically; this is not a freeform label designer. Four styles are included. Logo uploads and carrier postage labels are not supported.
