A few things worth knowing
Can I print labels from Excel without Word?
Yes. Import an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file, match your address columns, choose the label sheet and download a PDF. You do not need Word mail merge or an account.
Which Avery templates are supported?
Choose 5160 / 8160 (30 labels on US Letter), 5161 / 8161 (20 labels on US Letter), or L7160 (21 labels on A4). All three layouts and all four styles are free.
What is free, and when do I pay?
Download up to 30 addresses per PDF free, without a watermark. Repeat free downloads are welcome. The $5 one-time Batch Pass allows up to 1,000 addresses per PDF for 30 days, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Can I use a partly used label sheet?
Yes. Under Partly used sheet, choose the first unused label. Earlier positions remain blank; the remaining labels fill left to right, then down. Changing the sheet format resets the starting position to 1.
Why are my printed labels out of alignment?
Check that the selected template matches your label package and that the printer uses the correct A4 or Letter paper size. Print at Actual size / 100%, with Fit to page off. Use the plain-paper alignment test before adjusting the horizontal or vertical offset.
Are my address lists uploaded or saved?
Your spreadsheet is parsed in your browser. When you request a PDF, the mapped addresses and print settings are sent to the PDF service for that request. We do not save the address list or generated PDF. Reloading the page clears the working list.
